My experience is in cleaning services, industrial production and logistics. I look at how work is organized, where it gets stuck and what needs to change so people know who is responsible for what. At work, I value calm conversations and agreements that people follow through on. Now I apply AI and automation to these same practical tasks.
I wrote The Word Machine about how language models work and how to use them in practice, and Your App Has to Work about the path from an AI prototype to a working application.
Outside work, I read, work on old motorcycles, enjoy fishing, train at the gym and follow American football.

Hoje aplico IA e automação a essas mesmas tarefas práticas.
